Welcome
I am Dr. Merrie Day and I am so glad you are here!
If you find yourself
- frequently second guessing your feelings and thoughts
- accepting blame believing it really is your fault and end up feeling bad a lot of the time
- hearing about setting boundaries but don’t know how you would even start especially with loved ones
- wanting to leave but feel too guilty and stay in a relationship or job and then get mad at yourself
- recognizing your worth/value is completely dependent on your performance and achievements and you feel trapped in your life
- beginning to realize you may be way more anxious than you ever thought and the relaxation techniques you have learned don’t seem to help
You have come to the right place!
Whether it is challenges with your relationships, personal issues, children, or work, I have the commitment, compassion, and expertise to give you what you need to move forward in a positive and confident way. I will provide a safe, encouraging, confidential, and supportive presence that will give you the tools to understand the challenges and problems you experience. We will design a treatment plan that can help you create what you want in your life.
I understand that choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. It is so important to find a counselor who will be the “right fit” for you.
